New youRegion website: living and working across borders

July 2021

The youRegion project has two main objectives: to promote the cross-border labour market in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine (EMR) and to establish a ‘welcome culture’ for newcomers, employees and companies in the area.

A new youRegion website has launched which aims to provide EMR residents with information and advice about all aspects of life in this unique cross-border area and also a place to build a community where residents both settled and newly arrived can interact.A new youRegion website has launched which aims to provide EMR residents with information and advice about all aspects of life in this unique cross-border area and also a place to build a community where residents both settled and newly arrived can interact.

Where to go, what to do, whom to ask

You live, work, or study around Aachen, Maastricht, Hasselt, Eupen, or Liège? This website connects information and services across the borders of three states.

Forty topics give cross-border information. On the Euregio Meuse-Rhine as a whole, or showing information from Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands in a “one-stop shop”. Bienvenue, Willkommen, Welkom!
