Centre Céramique, the Maastricht Museum of Natural History and Kumulus are three collaborating cultural institutions in Maastricht. They offer a complete experience of culture, education and entertainment. The library, exhibitions, visual arts, photography, events, cultural heritage, dance, the natural history of Limburg, scientific collections, Mosasaur, music and much more.

There is always something to enjoy: a fascinating exhibition, concerts, a lecture or a relaxing visit to the library to enjoy a cup of Coffeelovers coffee. The building itself, designed by architect Jo Coenen, is worth a visit in its own right. And be sure to also visit the fourth floor for the wonderful view!
Your library card not only entitles you to borrow books, CDs and DVDs, but also e-books and e-readers. You can also use it to access 1700 international newspapers from 92 countries in 48 languages. Centre Céramique has computers, study areas (with a piano) and free WiFi. All of these facilities are extremely useful for your studies. The library also has its own app, which makes it easy to reserve or renew books and reminds you when your books are due. Library members receive special discounts on various cultural activities in Centre Céramique and in the city as well. Library membership is free for students aged 18 to 25! A valid ID and proof of enrollment are required when applying.

Come and visit the Maastricht Museum of Natural History and travel through time and through the nature of the beautiful province of Limburg.
