Open Dutch Doors is a career and settling in services company that helps highly educated internationals find interesting work in the Netherlands and that connects them to Dutch employers that want to find and keep talented employees.

Finding a job can be a great way to become part of Dutch society and to feel you belong. But where do you start … and what are the written and unwritten rules of applying for work in The Netherlands?

My name is Sandrine de Goede and I am the founder of Open Dutch Doors. I am a Dutch citizen with over 20 years of work experience in various industries in the Netherlands. Also, I have lived abroad just like you and know what it’s like to be somewhere you don’t know anyone and don’t have a network yet.

Open Dutch Doors is a career and settling in services company that helps highly educated internationals find interesting work in the Netherlands and that connects them to Dutch employers that want to find and keep talented employees.

The career services include activities such as “Dutchifying” your CV and LinkedIn profile, learning where to look for work and building a relevant network. You will be given a jump start by using Sandrine’s network.

In addition to these services, my settling in services help you navigate daily life and give clarity   on all kids-related topics such as care in case of pregnancy, schools, nurseries, after-school care (BSO) and hobbies
