Rental services
123wonen Limburg is one of the 32 offices of thé rental agent of the Netherlands,
123wonen. We rent and manage private houses and apartments on behalf of the
owners. As a result, there are no mediation costs for the tenants. We supervise the
rental process of finding suitable rental candidates, screening them, drawing up the
rental agreements and key transfer. We also carry out the real-estate management
for the owners of various properties.
Expat relocation service
If we do not have suitable homes in our own portfolio, we also offer relocation
